Terms & Conditions

All treatments, packages and photography shoots must be paid in full at time of booking. If you cannot make your appointment or need to cancel, 14 days notice must be given for a refund to be issued. If it is within 14 days, No Refund will be given. A 20% cancellation fee will apply.

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 3 months and are non transferable. Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash or any other service.

All wedding bookings are required to pay 50% of their overall booking to secure their date in the diary. This depends on size of booking and notice period to the wedding date. The remaining balance is then due 6-8 weeks before the wedding date.

All parties that enter the studio are aware that children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. After your photography shoot, your photos will be edited and then you will be invited back for a viewing on another arranged date. Pets are welcome in the studio for family portraits but must use the separate studio entrance.

A disclaimer form must be filled out before entering the hot tub. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to use the hot tub. Children between ages of 12-16 years must be accompanied by an adult. You are not permitted to use the hot tub if you have oils, creams or tanning products on your skin.
